Telomere Inspector Asia (TIA) Molecular Laboratory is an advance molecular biology laboratory with the co-operation withe iCell Research Institute. TIA provide the special laboratory analysis service for future medical therapy abutment such as personalize medicine, TIA provide the advance analysis for cellular aging Telomere Length Analysis since 2012. 1. Telomere length analysis by Quantitative PCR

1.1 Leukocyte Telomere Length Analysis.

1.2 Telomere Length Analysis of other cell types such as mesenchymal stem cell.

2. Specific protein on cell membrane such as CD34, CD105, CD90, CD73 by flow cytometry.

2.1 Natural Killer (NK Cell) Count Analysis in Blood (CD3-/CD16+ and/or CD56+)
2.2 Stem Cell Count Analysis in Blood.

Hematopoietic Stem Cell (HSC) Count (CD45+/CD34+)

Mesenchymal Stem Cell (MSC) Count (CD45-/CD34-/CD105+)

Endothelial Progenitor Cell (EPC) Count (CD45+/CD34+/KDR+(VEGF2+))

3. Gene expression such as Oct3/4, Sox2 by RT-PCR

4. Soluble specific protein in blood such as VEGF, interferon gramma etc by array flow cytometry and ELISA.
